據(jù)天然氣加工網(wǎng)站4月22日消息 俄羅斯諾瓦泰克公司負(fù)責(zé)人Leonid Mikhelson表示，該公司股東已批準(zhǔn)為北極液化天然氣2號項(xiàng)目提供110億美元的外部融資，該項(xiàng)目預(yù)計(jì)將于2023年開始生產(chǎn)液化天然氣。

　　Mikhelson表示，這筆資金將由俄羅斯、日本和歐洲共同籌集。

　　這一耗資210億美元的項(xiàng)目于2019年獲得最終投資批準(zhǔn)，預(yù)計(jì)2023年啟動，2026年將達(dá)到近2000萬噸/年的全部產(chǎn)能。

　　Shareholders of Russia's Novatek have approved external financing of $11 billion for the Arctic LNG 2 project, which is expected to start production of LNG in 2023, the company's head Leonid Mikhelson said.

　　Mikhelson said the fund-raising will be split three ways between Russia and Japan and Europe combined.

　　The $21 billion project, which received final investment approval in 2019, is expected to be launched in 2023 and to reach full capacity of almost 20 million tonnes per year in 2026.

　　Russia's Sberbank said in January it had approved financing of up to 3 billion euros ($3.5 billion) for the Arctic LNG 2.
