據(jù)Neftegaz.RU 7月21日消息，Gazprom Neft公司旗下莫斯科煉油廠的煉油量增加了20%——每月加工超過100萬噸石油；這一增長是由新的Euro+綜合體實(shí)現(xiàn)的，該綜合體目前負(fù)責(zé)該國首都及其周邊地區(qū)從原油初始準(zhǔn)備到燃料生產(chǎn)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)周期。

　　得益于Euro+設(shè)施，莫斯科煉油廠還能夠進(jìn)一步減少對環(huán)境的影響——Euro+設(shè)施于2020年 7月投入使用，取代了5 座（現(xiàn)已拆除）上一代且不太環(huán)保的設(shè)施。

　　Gazprom Neft公司自2011年開始著手對其莫斯科煉油廠進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化改造，提高莫斯科地區(qū)石油產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的效率、環(huán)保性和安全性一直是該公司的主要目標(biāo)。

　　Gazprom Neft公司管理委員會(huì)副主席Anatoly Cherner表示：

　　Cutting-edge technologies increased efficiency in oil refining at Gazprom Neft’s Moscow Refinery

　　Refining volumes at Gazprom Neft’s Moscow Refinery are up 20% - with more than 1 million tonnes of oil being processed every month; this growth having been made possible by a new Euro+ complex, which now handles the full production cycle from initial preparation of crude oil to fuel production for the country’s capital city and its environs.

　　Thanks to the Euro+ facility the Moscow Refinery has also been able to further reduce its environmental impacts - the commissioning of the Euro+ facility in July 2020 having replaced 5 (now dismantled) previous-generation and less environmentally friendly facilities.

　　Increasing efficiency, environmental friendliness and safety in manufacturing oil products for the Moscow region have always been the key objectives in Gazprom Neft’s modernisation of its Moscow Refinery, a process in hand since 2011.

　　Anatoly Cherner, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Gazprom Neft, said:

　　Launching the Euro+ complex is, without a doubt, a major milestone for the Moscow Refinery: the plant has got rid of facilities that belonged to a previous generation, environmentally, increasing refining efficiency

　　The modernisation of the Moscow Refinery remains ongoing: new projects, for which we have recruited leading international companies, will improve refining depth still further, to almost 100%

　　Modern technologies will further increase production of light petroleum products - gasoline, diesel fuels, and aviation kerosene - for which there is considerable market demand

　　Total investment in this comprehensive programme stands at more than RUB 350 billion - the various initiatives undertaken have seen 80% of production facilities upgraded and renewed, with environmental impacts seeing a 75% reduction, as a result.

　　Preparations are now in hand for construction of a deep oil refining complex, which will allow a further increase in production of fuel for the local Moscow market.
