據俄羅斯油氣網4月30日消息稱，埃及總理Mostafa Madbouli出席了蘇伊士運河經濟區Ain Sokhna工業區將建設規模最大的石化總廠合同的簽字儀式，這是埃及政府滿足當地市場對石油和石化產品需求計劃的一部分。

　　該合同由蘇伊士運河經濟區的主要開發公司和紅海煉油石化公司簽訂。

　　它補充說，該項目占地356萬平方米，位于Main Development Company的地理空間內，Main Development Company是Ain Sokhna南部經濟區最重要的開發商之一，投資成本為75億美元。

　　該工業綜合體的目的是實現該行業的高附加值，從項目產品中滿足當地市場的需求，減少國家對這些產品的進口量，同時為生產的材料創造出口機會，并使這一行業本地化。

　　Egypt signs $7.5 billion deal to construct the largest petrochemical complex in Ain Sokhna

　　Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, witnessed the signing ceremony of the contract for the construction of the largest petrochemical complex to be built in the industrial zone of Ain Sokhna in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, as part of the Egyptian state's plan to meet the needs of the local market for petroleum and petrochemical products.

　　The contract was signed between the Main Development Company of the Suez Canal Economic Zone and the Red Sea Refining and Petrochemical Company.

　　It added that the project is built on an area of 3.56 million sq.m. within the geographical space of the Main Development Company, one of the most important developers of the economic zone in the southern sector of Ain Sokhna, with an investment cost of $7.5 billion.

　　The purpose of this industrial complex is to achieve high added value in this industry, to meet the needs of the local market from the project's products, reduce the volume of the state’s imports of those products, in addition to creating export opportunities for the produced materials, and localizing this industry.

　　El-Molla pointed out that the new complex would also be one of the main pillars in the national project to transform Egypt into a regional center for oil and gas trade and commerce.?
