據油田技術8月2日消息，越南石油技術服務公司(PTSC M&C)已獲得Gallaf第3批項目的主要EPCIC合同，該項目是位于卡塔爾近海的Al-Shaheen油田下一個開發階段。

　　Al Shaheen是卡塔爾最大的海上油田，也是世界上最大的海上油田之一。它由卡塔爾石油公司和道達爾能源公司的合資企業北方石油公司運營。EPCIC是 Gallaf 第3批項目的一部分，包括兩個總重量高達19000噸的井口平臺。

　　該合同由北方石油公司授予，包括詳細設計、采購、施工、預調試、調試、裝載、適航固定、運輸和安裝、連接和海上調試。

　　所有陸上工程均應在越南頭頓市PTSC M&C的制造廠進行。

　　PTSC M&C也是Gallaf 第1批的主要承包商，并于2020年年中成功向北方石油公司交付了三個井口平臺上部組塊。

　　PTSC awarded contract for Gallaf offshore project

　　PetroVietnam Technical Services Corp. (PTSC M&C) has been awarded the main EPCIC contract for the Gallaf Batch 3 Project, the next development phase of the Al-Shaheen oilfield located offshore Qatar.

　　Al Shaheen is Qatar’s largest offshore oilfield and one of the largest offshore oilfields in the world. It is operated by North Oil Co, a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and TotalEnergies. The EPCIC package is part of the Gallaf Batch 3 Project including two wellhead platforms with a total weight of up to 19000 t.

　　The contract, awarded by North Oil Co., consists of detailed design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, load-out, sea-fastening, transportation and installation, hook-up and offshore commissioning.

　　All onshore works shall be performed at PTSC M&C's fabrication yard in Vung Tau City, Vietnam.

　　PTSC M&C is also the main contractor for Gallaf Batch 1, and successfully delivered three wellhead platform topsides to North Oil Co. in mid-2020.
